All product photos in our webshop are carefully taken and provide a realistic representation of our garden plants at the time of photography. As these are living products, color, shape, size, and flowering stage at the time of delivery may differ from the images shown.

Seasonal influences, weather conditions, and natural growth or dormancy periods play an important role. Please keep in mind that every plant is unique and variations may occur.

We strive to display the most current and representative visual material possible, but we cannot guarantee that the delivered plant will exactly match the photo on the webshop.

Pickup & Delivery:

We apply the pickup and delivery options as stated on our website:

• Pickup: Within 24 hours after ordering at our pickup address (pickup possible from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 - 17:00. (unless otherwise indicated).

• Delivery: Within 5 working days after ordering, provided the delivery address is within our delivery area.

These terms are based on our regular planning and stock. Because we work with live products and seasonal availability, we reserve the right to deviate from these if necessary.

Should the planning unexpectedly deviate, we will, of course, contact you in good time to arrange a suitable alternative.
